Canceling a layby
There are two stages in cancelling a layby. You can complete them in any order.
Refunding the layby items
To refund the layby item:
Click the 1. Layby Account function key, select the customer and press Enter.
Select the layby account and then press 2. OK.
Click 3. Clear to return to the main screen.
Click the 4. Return/Refund function key for each item on the layby.
Click the 5. Tender Layby function key to complete the transaction.
Refunding the layby payments
To refund the layby payments :
Click the 1. Layby Account function key to select the customer.
Select the layby account and then press 2. OK.
Click 3. Clear to return to the main screen.
Click the 4. Refund/Return function key and enter the payment amount to be reversed.
Click the 5. Layby Payment function key.
Click the appropriate tender type function key the refund is paid by, for example 6. Cash (F12), to complete the
